Please advise further (a) whether the Governor can dissolve the Committee on the ground that they are fungti officiis having been appointed to consider and make arrangements only. (see notification).
(b) whether there is not an ambiguity in the wording of the third resolution (vide my minute of 11-1-99 supra).
(c) whether any subscriber can require back his subscription on the ground that a road round the island and not necessarily a road between Kennedy Town and Aberdeen via north side of Mount Davis was one object of the subscription.
